Return
Thanks for shipping with us. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@oudopanda.com Or Facebook&Instagram "OUDOPANDA" stating the reason for the return, photos of item and package (back&front) in original, unused condition. Please state as your subject line on email: Return: Order Number ____________________PANDA
If your return is pre-approved based on photos we’ll send you a return shipping address.

We will refund your purchase less a $15.00 restocking and shipping fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Damages and Issues
We strive not to have any mistakes with your order but if you do receive your order with a missing items, or damaged, please contact us immediately within 7 days from the delivery date of the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable items (inner clear lenses, outer clear lenses, etc ) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Ordered the wrong product.
  • I didn't like the product when I received it.
  • No quality issues with the product.


Warranty Return policy (1 Year Warranty)
We only replace items if they are defective or start malfunctioning. The warranty is voided if product is subject to negligence, poor maintence, or used without spare parts. ADF Warranty is voided if distance between the welding helmets and the welding arc is less than 18", this can cause LCD delamination.

If this applies to you, please keep the following in mind:

  • You have file a warranty claim within the respective Warranty Period from the date you received it.
  • You have to show, via photos or video, the defect in your product under our warranty policy.

We are committed to send you a new replacement if there are enough documents to show we caused the defect.

Refunds
Within 7 days from the date we receive your return, we will examine the product for any damage or noncompliance with our Terms and Conditions before issuing your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping cost are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
